Mostyn Chase are actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager on behalf of our client who are an international payments business. The company are headquartered in London and currently operating a hybrid model where employees are expected in the office 1-2 days per week.
Salary:£60 - £75,000 DOE & six figure OTE (uncapped commission structure).

They are to looking add a talented Business Development Manager to their London team and are interested in speaking to people with extensive relationship/account management experience, ideally within FX and Payments.

The post holder will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to face-to-face/phone closing with high value international clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant contribution to the overall new business revenue within a rapidly growing business which will reward you with a starting salary between £60 - £75,000 (dependent on experience) and a six figure OTE (uncapped commission structure).
The ideal candidate must have experience of working in a senior sales position and be comfortable working with high value clients which is demonstrated by a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Essential Skills/Experiences Required:
Must be experienced working in a senior sales role with high value international clients.
Extensive relationship management experience with a proven track record of strategic account management experience, (ideally with FX payments knowledge).
A strong record of meeting and exceeding targets monthly, providing excellent customer service in the process and driving customer advocacy across your book.
Significant track record closing face-to-face meetings and getting high value prospects to a tradable status.
Sound compliance awareness.
Strong understanding of sales metrics with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
