As the company looks to improve their payment processes and implement an optimised payments strategy, they have partnered with us to recruit for a Payment Strategy Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering an optimised payments strategy which will result in increased revenue and profit for our client. You will do this by building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across and outside of the company, using effective communications to influence change.
Furthermore, you will act as a subject matter authority for payments within the organisation and stay on top of industry trends, regulatory changes and standards for payments and payment acceptance.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take on a fundamental role within an evolving and fast-paced department where no two days are ever the same.
Key skills and Experiences Required
In depth, current and practical knowledge of the payments industry with a focus on the acquiring side for retailers.
Extensive experience of working within online payments, banking and payment processing.
Demonstrable experience of planning and implementing an effective payments strategy.
Proven ability to liaise with payment processing third party stakeholders such as PSPS, fraud protection and acquirers.
Proven ability in identifying and recommending changes that demonstrate ROI.
Experience of championing an agile working environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to keep up to date with innovation and regulations in the payments industry
