In this role you will work closely with the Distribution & Payments leadership team as well as agile scrum teams to ensure the prioritisation for delivery of both technical and business capabilities.

You will also offer strategic planning advice, quarterly and annual business planning cycles as well as engage with IAG tech and external partners to effectively plan and implement the new payment platform.

As a key part of this project they are looking to hire a payments programme manager who can identify, develop and deliver strategic payments and operational value.

Key Skills and Experiences Required

The ideal candidate will be an excellent team leader with both a commercial and technical mindset who is highly analytical as well as a first-rate communicator. You will also have:

• A solid understanding of payments and industry level
• Proven ability to deliver large and complex transformational programmes.
• Extensive project/programme/portfolio/product delivery experience
• Experience of developing capital investment cases £5 million +
• Demonstrable experience of effectively working with C-level executives
